Meet Shalynne Jackson.

Shalynne Jackson is the founder and principal consultant of Shalynne Jackson Consulting (SJC) and serves as the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for one of the top 25 largest cities in America. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and operation of the City's diversity and inclusion (D&I) priorities, including strategic programs, procedures, and policies. Additionally, Shalynne has supported strategic D&I initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 companies. In 2020, she was recognized as the Oklahoma Human Resources State Council's (OKHR) inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion awardee. She has served on various boards and is currently OKHR's DEI chair.

A graduate of The University of Oklahoma, Shalynne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Human Relations (double major), a Master of Human Relations degree, and a graduate certificate in Human Resource Diversity and Development. Additionally, she is a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a cross-cultural assessment of intercultural competence.
